11 Days till the start of Pre-season for the premiership and Reserves squad.
Training will comence at 18:15 and will be completed 20:30 on Jan 21.
All players are to be on time and have both boots and runners available.
As the club is expecting quite high numbers, the new Prem head coach is wanting to chat to all players at 18:15, therefore be on time.
Clothing – all who have it already are to wear team training kits, if you don’t, then wear appropriate, light clothing for a hard, hot session.
New and trialist will, if selected, be issued there training kits as part of their registration in March.
